Von Omelettes und flammenden Kuchen/ Omelette and tarte flambee

Und heute noch mal zwei Kleinigkeiten aus der Küche.
Schatzi hat im Urlaub immer ein frisches Omelette zum Frühstück gegessen. Nun, dass musste ich auch einmal ausprobieren und habe mich daran versucht. :)
During our time in Mallorca my bf always had an omelette for breakfast. 
Well, he liked it that much that I tried to make one myself. :)

Und dann musste ich noch unbedingt ausprobieren, wie denn so ein Flammkuchen funktioniert. Ok, ich habe zwar keinen Holzofen, aber ich muss sagen, es ging leichter als ich dachte.

Den werde ich sicher noch öfter machen. :)

My bf and I love tarte flambee. Usualy we ate it, when we visited a theme park or during christmas time, when we visit the christmas markets. :)

I just wanted to try one to find out if it is easy enough to make myself. Well, it wasn't too hard and it was really yummy. 

I am pretty sure, I gonna make that again. :)
