Strawberry Cheescake

Der Frühling hat kaum richtig angefangen, da hat er auch schon wieder eine Pause eingelegt. Hier bei uns ist es schrecklich kalt und es regnet ohne Unterlass.
So habe ich beschlossen wieder mal ein neues Rezept auszuprobieren und mir das warme Wetter zu denken. :)
After three days of nice and warm weather spring decided to take a break and sends some winterly greetings again. I am just glad it didn't start snowing again...
But what do you do when the weather is like that and you are not in the mood for crafting? Yes, you lock yourself up in the kitchen and try out some new recipes. :)
That was what I made the last two days.

Das Rezept habe ich von einer meiner Patientinnen. ( Manchmal sind diese Teeniezeitschriften auch für etwas gut)
The recipe is from one of my patients. ( sometimes it comes in handy having teen magazin reading patients.)

Das Rezept war sehr einfach und das Ergebnis ist wirklich lecker. ( Ich war mir zunächst nicht sicher, da ich nicht wirklich ein Fan von Frischkäse bin...)
It turned out real yummy. I didn't really expect that since I am not a big creamcheese fan.
