Ich liebe gutes Essen und wenn es dann auch noch einfach zum Herstellen ist um so mehr. So wie dieses Gericht, welches ich im www gefunden habe.

You know I love good food. Especially if it is good and easy to make like the pulled salmon recipe I tried a while ago.

Pulled Lachs mit Hasselback Kartoffeln

Super lecker und super einfach zu machen.

 Ich bin ja eigentlich nicht so der Fischfan, aber das war wirklich super lecker. :)
Vor allem, weil man den Lachs so schön auseinander ziehen konnte - pulled eben.
I am not really into fish but this was really good. 

 Und die Kartoffeln waren auch super lecker. Muss ich unbedingt mal wieder machen.
I loved those potatoes and want to add them to another meal quite soon. Just have to figure what to cook next.
