Mein kleines Paradies/ Feels like Paradies

Während unseres Urlaubs habe ich doch auch tatsächlich mein persönliches Paradies gefunden, doch bevor wir dort ankommen gibt es noch einmal einen Blick auf Dubrovnik...

Believe it or not, I found my perdonal paradies, but before we get there let us take a last look at Dubrovnik... 

Entlang der Adriatischen Küste gibt es viele wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde und auf dem Weg zu meinem kleinen Paradies auf der Halbinsel Peljesac, haben wir noch an einem unglaublichen Ort Halt gemacht.
Ein Ort mit gerade mal 2000 Einwohnern, dafür aber mit einer unbeschreiblichen großen Stadtmauer - länger ist nur die chinesische Mauer...
Along the Dalmatian coast you find many wonderful places. Peljesac peninsula for instand. Before we found paradies we made a stop in STON, a town with just 2000 residents.
Not impressive? Wait until you see the city walls - the longest in the world after the Chinese wall.

Ston ist übrigens auch bekannt für seine Austernzuchten - man kann in den Restaurants - gefühlt mehr als es Einwohner sind - ganz frische Austern essen...
By the way, Ston is not only famous for its city wall but also for its oysters.... ( no, I didn't try them brr... but I thought I mention it.... )

Und dann kam mein Paradies Orebic - ein kleiner Ort auf der Halbinsel Peljesac, aber so unglaublich schön und vor allem ruhig - so gar nicht trubelig - einfach ERHOLSAM.
Ok, and than we found paradies. Orebic - a small town on peljesac peninsula. So beautiful, peaceful and quite and relaxing - a great place to calm down and take a rest!!!

Und wir hatten so ein süßes, kleines Hotel - und die Mädels dort an der Rezeption waren so dermaßen nett und freundlich, dass ich dieses Mal auch einmal Bilder vom Hotel zeigen muss.

Well, that place was just so special to me that I decided to show you the hotel we stayed in. It was just too wonderful and the two girls at the reception desk were so kind and welcoming....

Nur ein Steinwurf bzw. eine kurze Bootsfahrt ( ja, ich habe es wieder getan ) liegt die Insel Korcula mit der Stadt Korcula - und diese ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
Korcula Stadt wird auch Klein Dubrovnik genannt. Übrigens war diese Stadt mal eine venezianische Festung - was auch recht schnell ersichtlich wird - und soll der Geburtstort von Marco Polo gewesen sein. ( also dem Seefahrer, nicht der Kleidermarke :) )
Just around the corner or better a short boat trip ( yes, I did it again and no I didn't get seasick ) you can find the island Korcula. The city of Korcula is definitely worth a visit. The city of Korcula is also called little Dubrovnik and it is a real charming town. 
Korcula was once a Venetian fortress and it is said that Marco Polo was born here - the explorer not the cloth brand...

Jede Menge Spaß hatte ich übrigens im Marco Polo Museum. Die Audiotour war richtig klasse und die Zeit verging wie im Flug.
We had a great time at the Marco Polo museum.
