Wanderung durch den Nordschwarzwald/ First hiking tour

Das schöne Wetter an Vatertag haben wir genutzt, um unsere 1. Wandertour in diesem Jahr zu machen. Einmal in eine ganz andere Richtung sollte es gehen, also sind wir in den Nordschwarzwald in Richtung Kniebis gestartet und haben dort eine wunderschöne Tour gemacht.
We had a bank holiday last Thursday, so we decided to go on our first real hiking tour this year. We decided to try out a new area so we went all the way to the northern part of the Black Forest. ( yeah, I know, actually just around the corner, but usually we head into the other direction)

Naja, die Anfahrt war schon etwas schwierig, da es tatsächlich noch immer Flecken im Schwarzwald gibt, wo es absolut keinen Empfang gibt und da war die Suche nach dem Wanderparkplatz nicht ganz so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten.
Nachdem diese Hürde gemeistert war konnte es dann losgehen, entlang der "Wilde Rench".
The drive to our starting point was more complicated than we expected. There are still too many places here in the Black Forest where you have no GPS signals and so it took a while to reach the parking space we needed.
After we managed that we started our tour along the "river Rench".

Viel zu entdecken gab es auf der ersten Etappe der Wanderung, die an der Rench entlang führte...

 Hier wussten wir noch, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind...
When we passed that well we knew we were on the right way...

Zum Naturfenster kamen wir dann über einen kleinen Umweg...
... we got a bit lost in the woods while we were exploring some interesting routes and came to the "nature window" by a small detour. But then we were back on the actual route...

 ... aber von da ab war dann alles ein Kinderspiel, da die Wanderstrecke dann wieder gut ausgeschildert war.
Der Grund warum wir diese Tour überhaupt gemacht haben war der Bierbrunnen...
... that well was one of the points why we chose that tour in the first place...

... was man immer wieder Bergab gegangen ist, musste dann leider wieder zum Ende hin Bergauf gelaufen werden...
... steep hill, very steep indeed. But we had to go up there to get back to our car....

Aber die Tour war wunderschön und sie hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Wir haben unterwegs auch noch die eine oder andere Strecke entdeckt, die wir noch ausprobieren wollen.
The tour was wonderful, also exhausting. But we found some other tours in that area we want to try out. And I figured again, the Black Forest holds so many wonderful places, it'll take a lifetime to explore them all...
